Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to dismiss Ramin Guluzade from the post of minister of transport, communications and high technologies.
The head of state also signed an order on the appointment of Rashad Nabiyev as minister of transport, communications and high technologies of Azerbaijan.
A decree was also signed to dismiss Rashad Nabiyev from the post of chairman of the Azercosmos Open Joint Stock Company.
